Current Annual Rents per plot:
Full plot approx 250 sq m £70
Half plot approx 126 sq m £40
Starter plot approx 63 sq m £25
Water tap on plot £20
Deposits are required for:
Plots - and will be returned on termination if the plot is left in good order.
Keys - and will be returned when handed in.
Taps - no new taps are being installed unless required for accessibility. Existing taps can be removed and capped on request.
Prices correct as of November 2024. Annual Rents may be subject to change, dependent on a vote at our Annual General Meeting.
